Never again would i use this company.Item never sent and you took money out of my account which is disgraceful and goes against what your website says!!You should only take money once an item has dispatched you lowlife scumbags,and where is my order?Dispatched within 24 hours of order your website says,again a pack of lies.Why can't you just be straight with people, it's not difficult is it !!And where is your customer service eh,it appears to be non existent!I smell a rat with this company,awful behaviour to your customers and your online reviews are a disgrace for a company operating out of England.Where the hell is my order 257727691 ?

Order never dispatched and yet these lowlife scumbags took my money out of account despite website saying money only taken after dispatch.Liars.No customer service at all, nobody to answer any calls despite a number on website. What a truly awful service and these scumbags are operating out of my area in Cheshire, England.It beggars belief that a company operating here can treat their customers any worse, the online reviews are truly shocking.So i have an order that has been paid for and never even dispatched and there is absolutely no way of following this up, no way of contacting them. What kind of behaviour is that you scumbags? I am furious, do not spend your hard earned money with this bunch of thieves!

Don't even think about buy from this horrible website, I ordered shoes a month ago and still, they didn't ship them, the customer service is poor.
I asked for a refund and they said they can't refund me (and they still didn't ship it).
So please go to others they don't worth the time.

I ordered a watch and it has been 2 months and it has not arrived I reached out on Instagram and the assistant said that it arrived and it hasn't and no one in my neighbourhood got it trying to get a refund and they won't give me one do not buy it's a SCAM

Great website, good range of brands and discounts and offers available. Always great delivery and fast service never any problems with this site!! Would recommend to family and friends and will be a shopping site i will use again ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

UPDATE - Although the customer service has asked for my details here they have don't absolutely nothing not even a reply after I send them. Having engaged with the customer service on the website for another week every day they have no accepted to take back the BROKEN ITEM they send me, however have stated they will only pay postage for 15% of the value of the item but since the postage would be 30 Euro I would be hugely out of pocket!! THIS IS ACTUALLY ILLEGAL, according to the customer rights act uk. The item arrived broken and I looks like TheHut are happy to carry on with illegal activity and continue to not refund the broken item. Absolutely awful company. Avoid at all cost. We ordered a Clock, which arrived broken. Upon trying to get in-touch with the company we found out there phone lines are closed. The only way to contact them is via there messaging service. After a lot of messages backwards and forwards we were ask to research a quote on postage cost to send the item back. We did this and send the Quote to them. Several messages later this has now been forwarded to the return specialist, with whom we can't get in contact and TheHut keeps closing our enquire. Bottom line - we have had a broken clock now for 3 weeks (5 weeks after we ordered), nearly 90 Euro out of pocket and hours later of trying to chase the Hut with nothing. AVOID this company at all cost!

They send me a wrong item.The return is very difficult.I had to contact them few times, the return is not done yet. The support is a joke.

Ordered a Guess Jacket with best price available online.Unfortunately it was too small but TheHuts return procedure was very easy and efficient. Great company to deal with

My first experience dealing with THE HUT has been flawless , setting up my purchase to delivering on time to notification of when my payments were coming out my account .. absolutely nothing to fault and I will be dealing with them again real soon 10/10
